Part II: Thank You For the Music, Mum
Exploring the musical impact Mothers have on us and why we don’t talk about it more.
Bella talks with mums from very different walks of life and experiences about their music experiences, memories, connections and how, if at all, this has changed during motherhood. Looking at how perceptions of their music tastes and opinions were seen differently after becoming mothers and why they feel this is the case. Talking with Georgina, a mother with adult children, about her love of live shows and exploring different genres, Jodie, a 52 year old mother, and Jayde, a 35 year old mother, about how they their opinions are less valued as mothers and Carly, a 52 year old mother, whose family owned the only record store in their small town.
guests: Georgina, Jodie, Jayde & Carly
